LIFE/ Go Dawgs.

So, you may have heard me mention my sister Jenna, here and here.
At the risk of sounding like an obsessive, proud, older sister,
tomorrow she and the rest of the UGA soccer team are playing against Duke in
Round 2 of the NCAA tournament.
So, send her a facebook message (if you know her, if not, that might be creepy...),
or send her all your elementary soccer skills,
I mean, only if you were good, otherwise maybe just
think good thoughts for UGA around 7:30 EST Friday!

Oh, and I may have been making inspirational posters in Microsoft Paint with quotes from Adidas billboards with David Beckham on them.
Don't judge.
I'm going to be such an obnoxious mom.

Love you, banana!
Good luck!

TRAVEL/ Maine

Maine was a little bit lonely without the internets or, you know, a town within 20 minutes.  But it sure was gorgeous.  Much more lovely than Danbury, CT (Not hard to do, folks. Not hard to do).

My parents came to visit.
My best friend came to visit.
I spent time in Bangor with the International Man of Mystery.
We had a girls weekend in Portland.
 Lovely.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------
I looked along the San Juan Islands and the coast of California, but I couldn't find the palette of green, granite, and dark blue that you can only find in Maine.

LIFE/ Shifting

 SEPTEMBER
 Begun in Florida

 Ended in Maine

OCTOBER
Started in 80 degrees

 Ended in snow

------------------------------------------

But I do feel a little teeny right now that I'm just about ready to start, and winter is entering. Half past autumn has arrived.
